Lucas Reames, AIA, LEED AP, ENV SP
Lucas leads Trimble’s consulting group based out of Los Angeles, California, and is co-founder of ZeroSixty, an accelerator program focused on design and technology for the AEC industry. He specializes in assisting design and building professionals in powerfully delivering technology driven projects. Having worked in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia, Lucas has led transformation on
a wide range of project typologies including infrastructure, transportation, higher education, and entertainment. He has experience in managing project value chain, productivity, process innovation, team performance, stakeholder relationships, project delivery systems, project data structures, risk/opportunity definitions, and technology implementation.
Stephanie Seaton
Stephanie currently serves as the deputy director of the Bureau of Equal Opportunity for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. In this role she manages the Diverse Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Stephanie designs training materials for internal and external stakeholders to educate on the DBE Program. She has served the commonwealth as a contract compliance field agent and a contract compliance supervisor where she traveled across the state building relationships with contractors to ensure compliance.
Daryl St. Clair, PE
Daryl is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He has 23 years of vast work experience, which includes environmental consulting, working in PennDOT Districts 6, 8, 9, and 10, the former Bureau of Design, the Bureau of Maintenance and Operations where he was acting director, chief
of the Maintenance Division, and acting director for the former Bureau of Highway Safety and Traffic Engineering. Daryl is currently the special assistant to the deputy secretary for Highway Administration.
Jennifer Steen, PE, PMP, ENV SP
Jennifer is the Highway and Local Roads BIM director at HDR. She brings a diverse perspective with a background in civil engineering, BIM, and Digital Delivery, and applies insights from her experience as a design engineer and project manager to highlight opportunities for advancements in technology adoption and workflow integrations.
Marie Ternieden, EdD, ENV SP, IOM
Marie has 20+ years of executive management and education programming experience. She leads ACEC’s organizations programming and publications. Marie has a Doctorate in Education Administration and Policy and a master’s degree in international development.
