Michele McConnell
A native of Indianapolis, Michele’s 25+ years of experience include theatre and concert
venues across the country. She made her Broadway debut in The Phantom of the Opera
starting in the ensemble, and then she took over the starring role of Carlotta for a record-
breaking 6 1/2 years. During her 7 1/2 years in Phantom, Michele was privileged to
perform as Carlotta for over 2200 performances making her “the longest-running
Carlotta in Broadway history.”
Other credits include: My Fair Lady in Concert with The Utah Symphony, The Music Man
in Concert with The Pacific Symphony, Festival of Carols Guest Soloist with the
Indianapolis Symphonic Choir & Chamber Orchestra, Camelot(Natl. Tour w/Robert
Goulet), Beauty and the Beast (Montreal/Las Vegas), DiCapo Opera, Milwaukee
Symphony, North Carolina Symphony, San Diego Comic Opera, San Diego Repertory,
Sacramento Music Circus, NYGASP at City Center, Allenberry Playhouse, Westchester
Broadway Theatre, and Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre.
Michele has traveled to over 115 countries performing on luxury cruise ships with her
husband, baritone Duane McDevitt (a native of Coatesville, PA!). Their recent holiday CD

In addition, Michele’s serves on the musical theatre faculties of New Jersey City
University, Mannes Opera at the New School, Western Wyoming Community College,and
the Joffrey Ballet Musical Theatre Intensive. Her private voice studio includes students
across the country.
Michele is a proud first-generation Austrian-American, a proud member of Actor’s Equity
Association, and a proud Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant (earning TWO free
Mary Kay cars!).

Jennifer DiNoia has played “Elphaba” in Wicked in 7
companies across 4 countries, more than any other
actress in the show’s history. Her Wicked credits include:
Broadway, London, Chicago, Seoul, Sydney, and the 1st &

(u/s Ali). Jennifer resides in Brooklyn, NY with her
amazing 7-year-old daughter, Joules.
