5 ×必要てぜィ ‘there is a need to...’
×必要′て/ら′′やぞ ‘there is no need to...’
The verb 要ィ ‘to need’ is used when you need something, but to say you need to do something in Japanese, you use 必要てぜィ ‘there is a need to...’. 必要 is a noun that literally means ‘need’, and you use a direct style sentence to qualify what kind of need it is.
1. 来月づァ使だべゅら(in order to)\来週めゅ本オ注文びィ必要てぜィぷだめ び~
I hear that we need to order the books by next week in order to start using them next month.

The negative version of 必要てぜィ is 必要てやぞ. The particle ら is often used instead of て.
5. 廻ぞゅ行ど必要らやぞも思ぞび~電話ぱべァゃだめびづ~ I don’t think we need to go see her; why don’t we give her a call?
6. ねよロΕピΜら\£つづぢぱ%オびィ必要らやぞぷだめび~つイぞよ手紙ぺ に\むぞょぞゅ書ぞむつどアぱだ~
I heard that it is not necessary to give return gift for this present. Let’s just write and send a polite thank you latter.
