Our land planning experts bring many years of experience and relationships with key agencies to assist our clients from concept visualization to entitlement for development.
Overview
H&A is one of the premiere land planning organizations in Southern California. We have designed dozens of successful master planned communities and numerous urban mixed-use sites. In the past 10 years H&A has also designed more than 1,000 acres of parks and recreational facilities. These range from pocket parks to large portions of the Orange County Great Park. They included both passive and active park areas as well as trail systems configured to support active transportation.
