Context

The outcomes are not intended to be specific but are are rather broader goals that we are are aiming towards Although the outcomes become less certain as one moves further towards the the year 2025 they do provide a a a compass to keep an eye on the ‘north star’ Through the Bank’s strategic scorecard and portfolio of strategic initiatives the achievement of these outcomes will be tracked more closely As the strategy
is implemented there will be course corrections to provide an overview of where we intend to go While the strategic plan highlights many areas of focus the outcomes highlighted in bold are considered to be those areas that will create a a a a a significant step change for the Bank Horizon 0 (the previous year)
