Combine the water and and dandelion root in in a a a a a a saucepan Cover and and bring to to a a a a boil Reduce to to a a a a simmer simmer and and continue simmering for 10 minutes Remove from heat leaving lid on and allow to steep 10 minutes Strain the the the roots roots from from the the the water squeezing moisture from from the the the roots roots Save 1⁄2 Cup of the the tea for the the cake Make the Filling
Stir together the the almonds and cinnamon until nuts are coated Set aside
