        Beet Rose Elixir
This elixir looks so beautiful and tastes divine. Every sip is such a joy and makes you feel like royalty.
Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons rose petals/buds
• 1/8 piece raw or cooked beet
• 1 tablespoon cashews
• 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (or to taste) • splash of milk of choice
Directions
1. Heat water to 195 degrees and pour over rose petals/buds and cover for 3 to 5 min.
2. Strain and pour infusion into a blender (optional to add some petals for stronger flavor) 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high
4. Strain again into your cup and enjoy!
