ton & Hook United failing to get into gear,
Bagshot failed to capitalise on a golden op-
portunity to open the scoring, and they
would eventually rue their chance.
United playing today in their away kit, are
finding it difficult to revive the purple patch
they had at the start of the season when they
won two games in succession, and were
on the back foot in the first half. Bagshot
had won two out of three of their previous
home games and seem to be much stronger
at home than away, where they have lost all
three matches, and they went in at half time
looking the most likely to score.

Hook United, and within minutes of the start
Freddie Myers was clearly fouled in the pen-
alty area, but the referee awarded the free-
kick to Bagshot who were within seconds at
the other end of the pitch with Alex Jeffers
scoring the opening goal. United’s response
was quick and effective, a Jordan Vidal cross
was headed across the goal and finished by
Freddie Myers, scoring his first goal of the
season. Jeffers went off injured. United couldn’t turn
