Relegation from Step 6
The bottom two clubs will be “liable for relegation”. If there are less than 40 Step 7
clubs eligible to be promoted, then there will be reprieves at the foot of Step 6 on a
PPG calculation. For this season only, more than one club at Step 7 can be promoted
from the same Step 7 league.
