EATING OUT

 Sai, Worple Road, SW20

Hot on the heels of Kapak and
 Babylon, this week's eaterie as
recommended by a panel of ex-
perts (that is the 'Into The Vale'
editor and a few friends!) is Sai,
a Punjabi restaurant that is at-
tracting a lot of good reviews
 and, more importantly, cus-
 tomers from beyond the con-
 fines of Raynes Park.

A wonderfully friendly place Do you have any photos or memories to
to eat Sai is a combination of share of the Southern Railways, Raynes
some of the standards of the Park, Malden Vale or Raynes Park Vale
London curry scene like a rich and warming Chicken Bhuna alongside teams. Please contact us via the Raynes

are definitely where the interest lies! Nihari Gosht, a spicy lamb shank,
Laal Maas, a spicy lamb in a Rajasthani sauce and a rich Murgh Handi Click on the covers opposite to
with chicken on the bone rub shoulders with fish curries and numerous view the old programmes
vegetarian options including a Sarsoon Ka Saag (Mustard leaves cooked
Punjabi style). Starter options are extensive with prawns, fish, kebabs and
paneer amongst the delicious items grilled or tandoor baked and a wide
selection of breads and rice provide for further delicious experimentation.

A good wine selection and plentiful cold lagers allow for a range of drink-
 ing options.

Sai has been brightening up Raynes Park for some years now but its repu-
tation has grown considerably. If you haven't tried it yet then, here at RPV,
 we thoroughly recommend a visit!
