REMINGTON ACRES MEETING MINUTES
January 5, 2021 – General Meeting
In Attendance
John Cooper (Board President), Jim Forsyth (Director)
John called meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
• Annual Meeting Board member quorum met.
• Nomination and balloting counting determined the board as Donna Lyman, Rod
Saxton.
• New board nominated Greg Camron from the floor and voted onto the board.
• Jim Forsyth was a hold over as he had another year left on his term.
Approval of Minutes
Were not provided at the meeting.
Treasurer’s Report
Were not provided at the meeting.
New Business
The board voted to waive the 2021 dues, due to the Covid Virus and determined that the
dues would be reevaluated at the December 2021 meeting. All approved.
Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 6:30
January 9, 2021 – GoTo Meeting
• Request reimbursements for all pre-paid 2021 dues. All approved.
• Newsletter to be sent out with anticipated 2-year goal and to also include the next
meeting information. All approved.
• Mail out questionnaire to determine if 67% of owners wants to dissolve the HOA. All
approved.
• Request advise from the attorney concerning the dissolution of the community,
changing the Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws. All approved.
January 14, 2021 - Budget Meeting With Linda
• Budget created and awaiting board approval.
