Minutes

• Alba Ortiz -Diaz calls the meeting to order at 6:21

• Reviewed a request from the owner of lot 125 regarding fines received for a non-
compliant tree growing in his lot. The tenant had the tree removed by the meeting.
Alba agreed that the owner should maintain the existing plant in the area off of the
sidewalk and electric box. She also decided to remove the fine.

• Donna of Cornerstone reviewed the delinquent home-owners with the board.

• Miscellaneous dates were discussed for future events. The next meeting will be
November 21, 2019. The next “brushy – bulky” pickup by the city is to be on
September 29, 2019. Dumpsters to be scheduled for some time in November after the
bulky pick-up. Alba mentioned to remind owners to clean up their sidewalks on the
next newsletter.
