                                               CANDIED PECANS

             4 cups Pecan Halves
             2 each Egg Whites
              .25 tsp Cumin
             .66 cups Brown Sugar
             Pinch Cayenne





             Preheat oven to 350
             Place the egg whites in a mixing bowl and whisk until they reach soft peaks. Fold in
             remaining ingredients until pecans are coated.
             Sprinkle onto paper lined sheet pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned
             on all sides. Remove from oven and allow to cool before moving.
             When cool, place into a covered container and keep for up to 1 week.
