As we take this next big step,
we say goodbye to those who helped.
We leave behind our legacy.
A forever place to call our home,
Where learning and love bloomed and flourished.
Four years, preparing for this day.
As we move these tassels right to the left,
We toss our caps into the air,
Like angels learning to fly.
This is the start of our new lives.
Finding our way,
guided by God’s light.
Remembering this moment in time.
So goodbye for now...
But not forever.
