HOW ARE WE GOING TO DO THE JOB?
This is the task/workflow process:
Each task is broken down into key points and steps- planning is essential for all work. Task processes are kept in a folder available on Samepage- ask Renata if you need a run through of how to access.
Read through the task process, this includes gear you will need to avoid going back and forth from the supplier- do you need to order anything in advance?
Make sure you understand all the components of the task. If you are unsure, always ask.
We want you to be doing the job in the best way possible and are always open to suggestions- if you feel like this isn’t the best way to do something, let us know and we can review it.
This is an ongoing process with ongoing communication around it. We are always looking for ways to grow and improve at GT Electrical.
