OVERVIEW:
Understanding the current state of every job or project is imperative for both GT NZ and GT Local. Since we are doing the claims and forecasting for you, you need to give us the informa- tion. This is to give you a massive advantage. Monthly claims need to be accurate. Personal resources needs to be juggled, bills need to be paid. Money needs to be made. And most importantly there need to be money left at the end of the project. We can bill 50% of a project when only 20% has been completed but what happens when you do 80% of the work and only have 50% of the money coming in.
Small jobs can be tracked simply on Workflow max, however larger more complex projects need to be tracked via out personalised WIP report. This lets you know how much we have tender on your behalf this month, what activity is coming up, value and man hours of work won, monthly spend at wholesalers relating to each project, value of variations priced. What we need from you is estimated value of each project completed that month.
