To have completed our season of selecting our group of owners. We have a goal to have 10 GT Locals spread throughout New Zealand.
One in every major region with possibly two in Auckland.
Employing motivated superior team members who are the best in their field to give an advantage to our group. The best accounts team. The best QS team. The best administration team. The best Health and safety team. We will only accept first-rate people into our exclusive head office team. We are using the fact that we have consolidated costs and reinvesting that into the best people we can find. No exceptions.
