How to report an incident:
When an incident occurs, you need to report it as soon as possible no matter how minor it may seem.
Discuss with your supervisor/team member and/or management if you are unsure about needing medical treatment.
You will find a form at the back of this manual, fill this in with as much detail as you can and send a picture of it to either Gareth or Renata via Whatsapp or email.
Alternatively, you can fill a form in online
www.gtelectrical.co.nz/staff this gets submitted to the office automatically.
For life threatening illness or injury – call ambulance 111 immediately.
