1.2.6. While driving company vehicles the Employee must:

Comply with all the Employer’s policies and procedures in regard to vehicles; Retain a full New Zealand Driver’s Licence at all times;
Operate the vehicle giving full and appropriate consideration to road safety and the safety of other road users and in a manner that will not bring discredit to the Employer;
Keep the vehicle’s warrant of fitness and registration current; and
Comply with the New Zealand Road Code and New Zealand Traffic Regulations.
1.2.7. When a company vehicle is parked it must be parked in such a manner that complies with the Parking Code and or restrictions of the relevant authority or private car park operator. All valid parking costs will be reimbursed on receipt of parking ticket receipts. The vehicle must also be locked and have the keys removed from the ignition while parked.
1.2.8. The Employee will be liable for 100% of any fines incurred if the Employer considers that the fine was incurred due to the Employee’s non-compliance or general carelessness with parking restrictions, codes or regulations.
1.2.9. The Employee will be liable for 100% of all fines incurred for speeding and failure to wear seat belts.
