Introducing Marc Gullett
– Equip Technical Manager
Marc is an accomplished and experienced permanent recruiter with a decades experience recruiting across a range of industries including Manufacturing and Logistics, Civil and Construction and Specialist Trades.
Prior to Equip Recruitment Marc worked in various positions within recruitment starting in Industrial temporary Recruitment and moving through to leadership positions which have included project work such as continuous improvement, systems and processes and coaching and development.
Marc believes the success of a placement requires a no shortcut approach to recruitment and works in partnership with his clients carefully tailoring his recruitment process to their needs.
