*Annual Earnings is calculated by the hourly rate paid by EQUIP to the candidate multiplied by 40 (hours per week) then multiplied by 52 (weeks of year).
Example: Labourer who is paid $18.90/hour annual income is $18.90x40x52=$39,312.00
