 The EQUIP approach to Partnership and Relationship Management
EQUIP would welcome the opportunity to add value to our partnership by introducing a robust Account Management plan. This could include initiatives such as reporting and regular service review meetings which include Industrial, Technical and Commercial needs and feedback.
Toby (with the support of the Directors Stuart and Nichola) will be the single dedicated point of contact for Wellington City Council, primarily responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery across all requirements of Wellington City Council.
This is achieved through the following duties:
• Heads the escalation process
• Ensures EQUIP are fulfilling our service promise to Wellington City Council
• Oversees all recruitment activity
• Attend service review meetings.
