Windows

There is no cluster standard for replacement windows. All window replacements
require an application to be submitted for review by the Design Review Board.

• Replacements must be of the same style, configuration and dimensions and in the
same location as the existing windows
• The replacements shall fit inside the existing window framing of the house
• Replacements shall have no grids

• The profile shall be the same as existing
• The frames of windows themselves shall be no more than two inches wide and the
frame surrounding the windows shall be no more than three inches wide
• The frames of sliding glass door replacements and related panels shall be no more
than for inches wide
• Trim capping (vinyl or aluminum coil) allowed on windows and sliding doors with
the stipulation that color must match the DRB approved window trim color.
