Stipulations:

• That at least two metal roofs be installed in buildings of seven units
• That at least one metal roof be installed in buildings facing Wiehle Avenue and Reston Parkway (6
units), with additional options available at the request of the buyer
• That metal be installed on the entire roof, front and back
• Only allowed on houses with existing metal roofs
