All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the

Design Review Board.

 Andersen 100 Fibrex, no grids with the following configuration change:
• That the 33/33/33 – slider/fixed/slider to 25/50/25 – slider/fixed/slider
configuration change only be used on homes where there is no window directly
above or below the subject replacement
• That the profile of a 33/33/33 casement/fixed/casement configuration be
consistent with the house façade and with the dimensions of the slider narrow
design
Stipulation:
o That the above configuration is for windows over 8’ width only

 Andersen 100 Fibrex, slider, fixed, picture and casement, no grids with the following
configuration changes:
• Single Hung 60/40 to casement over fixed 60/40
• Single picture to single casement
• Fixed/slider to slider/fixed

 Trim Capping

• Replacement should result in an apparent trim width for vertical trim (or height for
horizontal trim) of no more than 5/8” more than the original trim width or height.
• Homeowners are allowed to select any manufacturer as long as the color, material, and
size are in conformance with the cluster standards for window replacements.
