Alternate standard for decks

Understructure upper level deck 6x6 posts with trim at bottom only, may be cladded using 1x7
material, to match the columns on the front and sides of the house painted to match trim color. All
elements of the deck (i.e. railing, fascia, and support structure), except for the walking surface, to be
painted/stained white.
