Driveways

• Driveways must be black asphalt and uniform in appearance
• Driveways may be sealed with an appropriate substance that will not substantially alter the color of
the black asphalt surface
• Driveway surface may be treated with the decorative indentation pattern “British Cobble” however
the color must remain black
