Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS)

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations must be mounted/installed inside of the garage OR
installed on the outside exterior garage wall

Solar Panels

Solar Roof/Panels:
o Tesla Solar Roof glass and steel tiles
o Tesla Powerwall or other battery storage installed in garage or basement.

Traditional Solar Panels:
o Installed/mounted only on rear roof(s)
o Not installed on front/street facing roof(s) or side roofs facing neighbors
o Not visible from front of home or from street on Red Hawk Circle
o No recommendation on installer or manufacturer

Stipulations:
If the owner proposes modifications which do not adhere to the above restrictions, the owner shall provide
documentation prepared by an independent solar panel design specialist, who is certified by the North American board of
Certified Energy Practitioners and is licensed in Virginia. Such documentation shall be deemed sufficient to the
Association to show that the restrictions above are not reasonable and may be reviewed and considered by a panel of the
Design Review Board
