Beacon Place Houses:

• Numbers mounted horizontally and centered on a plaque (18” x 7” x ¾”, same color as
house siding)

• Manufacturer: The Hillman Group
• Item# 843220 thru 843229 (numbers 0 through 9)
• 5” floating mount house number
• Color: Aged Bronze

With the following stipulations:
1. The house numbers must be mounted on the garaged door elevation of the house
2. That for houses with a single garage door, house numbers must be horizontally
centered above the garage door with the bottom edge of the plaque located vertically
no more than 3” above the garage door trim;
3. That for houses with two garage doors, house numbers must be positioned between
the two garage doors and the numbers horizontally centered between the two
garaged doors with the top of the number closely alighted with the top of the
horizontal trim of both garage doors; and
4. That for those homes with a pergola in front of the garage door opening(s), house
numbers must be positioned horizontally and vertically centered on the horizontal
face of the pergola structure over the driveway and facing the street

Beacon Heights Houses:

• Cast bronze number plaques are allowed as addition to the existing standard of bright brass
house numbers
