There is no cluster standard for replacement windows.

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the
Design Review Board.

• Any manufacturer of replacement windows may be used as long as the color,
frame material and replacement window dimensions are a close match to
existing

• Trim capping may not exceed 5/8” more than the original trim width or height

• Trim capping may be made of vinyl, PVC, or aluminum

• Trim capping color should be a close match to existing trim color, Benjamin Moore
White, PM-2
