Stipulations:

• That the walkway be securely constructed, flat and level, and set into the natural
contours of the ground
• That the entire stoop/step/walkway be resurfaced with the same approved materials
• That any change in drainage patterns may not be detrimental to neighboring properties
or existing vegetation.

/walkway materials until which time they need to be replaced. The cluster standard does
