Rear Fence and Gate Design:

Board-on-Board (Cedar) w/decorative finials; Sections must be flat, level, and stepped to
accommodate changes in grade; the bottom of the fence may follow the grade or be stepped; the
“steps” should not exceed 12” at either top or bottom.
