Color Palette



                  **All color samples shown are not a true representation of the actual color.
                 DO NOT match to these samples, as you could end up with the wrong color.
                Reston will not reimburse for color matching errors. You must go to the paint
                    store that sells the manufacture’s paint and obtain the specified color **

               Note:

               That homeowners must choose a color from the DRB-approved cluster standard color palette at the
               time of resale or repainting, whichever comes sooner.

                                                       Siding

                   •  Original siding material: Horizontal Cedar.
                   •  Replacement material option: James Hardie Plank Cedarmill horizontal lap.
                   •  All elevations of an individual unit must be replaced at the same time and there is no
                       alteration to the design, dimensions and profile of the existing trim.
                   •  All townhomes within an entire row must be the same color siding, either light or dark.
                   •  No single townhouse within a row can change their siding color option.
