Half glass with 2 lower panels, to include the following:

• Only clear, chipped or swirled glass, or any combination of the three
• No opaque or frosted glass, no grids
• Design inside of glass (earning) must be brass or brass-colored; nickel or nickel-colored;
or zinc or zinc-colored; design inside ½ glass door and fan style door must be geometric
• Color of the hardware must match the color of the earning
• Must be painted the approved color for the individual property
• Only mill colored thresholds - no brass
• No kickplates
