Wood window and door trim: milled wood accent panels
Trim (around doors, windows, porches, lattice screens), fences: McCormick 101 “Amber White”

Note: Any section of the house trim area may be clad in vinyl or aluminum OR be replaced using
composite materials so long as the work results in a design, color, texture, and look identical with the
original material.

Doors

• 4-panel with two small square windows at top
• Large stained-glass window
• Rear entry to deck door on end units 8-panes
• Front doors painted to match gingerbread trim, rear door color of wood trim.
