Windows

 All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by
the Design Review Board.
 The application must include manufacturer name, window model name, and a
photo or brochure showing the window selected.

 Homeowners may choose any manufacturer so long as the proposed windows
style, material, and color match the cluster standards double hung, no muntins
(grids), white frames.
 Vinyl window trim capping is permitted. Capping color should be a close
match to the DRB-approved color for trims, Navajo White, or Ivory #811 with
ALSCO vinyl trim capping.
