Fence Design #2 (Single sided fence)

 4"x4" posts, 1"x6" vertical boards with staggered 1"x3" vertical boards (one side), 2"x4"
horizontal supports, height - 6' from grade
 Must match existing fencing in the cluster in material, design, height, and color
 Top of fence is to be maintained horizontal, if ground slopes the fence is to be stepped
 The bottom of the fence is to be no more than 6" above ground level at any point and
sloped to follow grade
 The gate must match the fencing in material, design, height, and color. The top of the gate is
to be straight and flush with the top of the fence, not rounded
 The finished side of the fence must face out
