French drains, Drywells approx. 40’ 12’x12’ garden beds in location submitted in site plan.

Stipulations:

 All landscape material be natural in color, and no red mulch or white stones be used.

 No invasive plant species be installed in accordance with the Virginia Department of
Conservation and Recreation invasive plant list.

 No alterations to drainage patterns that might detrimentally impact adjacent property or
existing vegetation.
 No trees be removed without Design Review Board approval.
