Windows

All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the
Design Review Board.

• Grids are optional in rear of home
• Grids are optional on sides of homes which do not face a parking lot
• All windows on front elevation must have grids

Trim Capping:
• Aluminum
• PVC
• Vinyl

With the following stipulations:

1. Trim capping shall not increase the overall trim measurements on any side of any
window or door by more than 1”
2. Trim capping must match trim color
3. When trim capping is installed, it must be used for all windows on a single elevation
4. Upon replacement (partial or full), all windows on one elevation must be uniform. A
combination of grids and now grids on the same elevation is not permitted.
