All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the Design
Review Board.

Trim Capping:

• Aluminum
• Fiberglass
• Vinyl

With the following stipulations:

1. Trim capping for exterior windows and door replacements should result in an apparent trim for
vertical trim (or height for horizontal trim) of not more than 5/8” more than the original trim width
or height.
2. Trim capping must be Dark Brown or Bronze

Slider and fixed windows, bronze color
