All homes to update their house numbers in conformance with the updated house number
standards by no later than October 31, 2021.

front entry door.

Mailboxes

Removal of existing mailboxes and mailbox posts (29, color: black, post-mounted, wood, color:
left to weather) and installation of replacement mailboxes and mailbox posts in Fairbrook Cluster
in locations as listed below, and as indicated on submitted site plans and photos, to include the
following:
• Mailboxes: (29, approx. 11” H x 8.5” W x 21” D, USPS, standard medium, color: black)
in locations 1-29
• Mailbox Post: (4, Walpole Outdoor, Duet Mail Post, SKU# 795414, approx. 5.5” square
x 56” H x 21” W, 2-approx. 7 .” W x 18” D platforms, AZEK, vinyl color: white) in
locations 1-4
