Decks Color and Material

 No upper-level decks approved, only ground-level. See Design Guidelines.
 Composite Decking: use of any manufacturer is allowed as long as the proposed color is a close
match to the approved color palette for decking.
 Pressure treated wood: unstained, treated with a colorless sealant, or match the approved colors
as closely as possible.
