Stipulations:
• Windows and patio doors installed prior to January 1, 2021 (older versions listed above) shall be
permitted
• Window styles must be uniform on each side of a house - homeowners who are not replacing all
windows at one time must ensure replacement window matches the style and other specifications of
existing windows of the same size and type

Trim Capping

• Vinyl or aluminum coil, not to exceed a maximum width of 2”

Stipulation:
• That color must match the window or siding color.
