Tree Replacements

Approved revision to cluster standards for landscaping (tree replacement) located in front yard of
properties in Baldwin Grove Cluster to include any one of the following:

• Stellata Magnolia

• Dogwood

• Bloodgood Japanese Maple

Any species not listed above requires that an application be submitted to the Design Review Board
as does with any tree removal.
