Windows

There is no cluster standard for replacement windows. All window replacements
require an application to be submitted for review by the Design Review Board.

All windows should have the muntin and mullion grids.
Windows are double hung or greenhouse style.

Window replacements: Homeowners are allowed to select any manufacturer as long as the
color, material, and size conform.

Trim capping for window and external door replacements should result in an apparent trim
width for vertical trim (or height for horizontal trim) of not more than 5/8” more than the
original trim width or height.
