All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the Design
Review Board

• Wood casement windows, white frames to match trim, no grids
• CertainTeed Bryn Mawr II, casement, no grids, color: white
• Other brands of windows may be approved on a case-by-case basis, provided they closely
match the existing in overall dimensions, configuration, style, color, width and profile of the
frames
• Trim Capping: aluminum, color: White; capping must match the dimensions and profile of
the existing trim

• Rear Sliding Glass Door: White trim to match house trim, no grids
