Stipulations:

• All light finishes areantique copper, brass, or black
• That if any approved products are discontinued, another fixture of the same style,
dimensions, and approved finishes may be used.

Front Post Lamp

• Norwell Lighting old colony copper single light, #2250-CO-CL
22” H with clear glass shade
• Any manufacturer of post-mounted lamp meeting the following
criteria may be used
o 22” H x 10.5” W
o Single light
o Diamond shaped lantern
o Clear glass
o Colors: Antique brass, copper, or black
• Post is cedar or pressure treated wood
• Tapered, chamfered post is 6’ tall, base of post is 6” x 8”
• Consistent with original construction
• Post is left to weather naturally, or sealed with a clear, colorless sealant

The Design Review Board (DRB) reserves the right to inspect the lighting after installation to
determine whether shields are required on any of the fixtures or if the illumination is too bright to
protect neighboring properties from glare. If, in the DRB’s opinion, the lighting is too bright, the
DRB may require that the wattage be lowered, or shields be installed.
