Gutters and Downspouts
Gutters and downspouts must be approved individually by the Design Review Board prior to installation.
Applications must include the location of the gutters and downspouts on the property, and an engineering study
(signed by a civil engineer) showing the diffusion of the discharge of water and its effects on neighboring properties,
if any. If gutters and downspouts are approved for an individual home, they must be painted to match the trim
color of the home.
