Series 2300, CTS-2300-2, two lite slider and two lite
slider over fixed, no grids, color: Dark Brown,

match the existing in overall dimensions,
configuration, style, and in the color, and profile
of the frames, and the new windows have no
muntins or mullions (grids) to match the existing.

Patio Door Standard

• Aluminum Thermal-Break sliding glass door, Series

1240, CTP-1240-2, three panel, no grids, color: Dark
Brown

o the with stipulation that the new patio doors

exactly match the existing in overall dimensions,
configuration, style, and in the color, and profile
of the frames, and the new windows have no
muntins or mullions (grids) to match the existing.

Trim Capping Standard

• Trim capping shall not increase the overall trim
measurements on any side of any window or door by
more than 3/8"

• Trim capping can be PVC, vinyl, or aluminum

• Trim capping must match window trim in color
