Windows

Addition to cluster standards is approved for replacement windows in Lake Audubon Place Cluster
to include Anderson, Pella, Caradco and others whose windows and doors have dark brown exterior
frames and meet the following dimensional standards:

• The frames of the replacement windows may be no wider than 3" on the sides and 5" at top
and bottom. Where two windows meet, the combined framing may be no larger than 6".
• The frames of replacement sliding glass doors may be no wider than 7" on the sides and 10"
at the base and top or combined center stile.
• On Thrush Ridge Road, houses with 12' ceilings in the lowest level, the tall 8' high sliding
glass doors may be replaced with those of original width, but lower height with a narrow,
fixed transom window above to complete the original door space.

Stipulation: The solid vinyl frames are not allowed.

Windows frame color options:

• Sandstone
• Brown

Stipulation: The homeowners may choose any manufacturer and series for windows and sliding
glass doors, so long as the frame color is a close match to “Sandstone” or “Brown”.
